1. Tour Bookings & Confirmations All tour packages and custom itineraries booked through God's Own Routes are subject to availability and will be confirmed once traveler information and deposit payments are verified. Travelers must provide correct names matching their government-issued identity cards at the time of reservation. 2. Pricing & Payments All prices shown on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless specifically mentioned otherwise. Payments can be completed using authorized online payment methods (credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, or approved wallets). God's Own Routes reserves the right to correct any typographical pricing errors prior to formal booking confirmation. 3. Cancellations & Refund Policy Cancellations requested more than 15 days before the scheduled departure date are eligible for a refund after deducting nominal processing and non-refundable vendor charges. Cancellations between 7 and 14 days before departure receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to departure or no-shows are non-refundable. In cases of unforeseen weather conditions or natural events in Kerala, flexible rescheduling is provided without penalty. 4. Shop & Merchandise Delivery Products purchased from the God's Own Routes shop are dispatched via reputed courier services across India with an estimated delivery timeline of 4 to 7 business days. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt for a replacement or full refund. 5. Traveler Responsibilities Guests must carry valid photo identification (such as Aadhaar, Passport, or Driving License) throughout their trip. Travelers are expected to observe local Kerala customs, cultural etiquette, environmental rules, and safety regulations at all destinations and wildlife sanctuaries. 6. Intellectual Property All website content, photography, itineraries, logos, and graphics are the exclusive property of God's Own Routes and protected under applicable copyright laws. Reproduction without prior written authorization is prohibited.
